By booking your stay at BigJ Villas, you agree to the following:

1. Cancellation & Refunds
Free cancellation is available up to 3 days before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged full stay. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.  

2. Early Departure
If you choose to leave earlier than your booked stay, no refund will be provided for unused nights unless otherwise agreed in advance.

3. Special Promotions & Non-Refundable Rates
Bookings made under promotional or discounted rates may be non-refundable. Please check the terms at the time of booking.

4. Payment Failures & Errors
In the case of payment failure or technical issues, we may cancel the booking. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed promptly.
